What you are buying

Educational material in digital form — a text-based, self-paced course and a downloadable PDF workbook. Prices are in Canadian dollars. You get access immediately after purchase, by email and through your account on this site.

The course is text, not video. The workbook is a PDF, printable and fillable, downloaded straight away and yours to keep.

What it is not

This material is education. It is not therapy, not an assessment, and not a diagnosis of you, of him, or of your relationship. Buying it does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship between us. What is here is language; you decide what fits. If you are working with a therapist, bring it to them.

Refunds

If a purchase isn’t right for you, email within 14 days and you will be refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked to justify it. After 14 days, purchases are final.

Because everything here is delivered digitally and immediately, you keep the files. That is deliberate — a refund is not conditional on giving anything back, and nobody is going to ask how much of it you read.

Access

The course remains available in your account for as long as it is offered. The workbook is yours to keep. Neither is promised in perpetuity, and no lifetime-access commitment is made.

Your use of the material

The material is for your own use. Please don’t share, resell or reproduce it.

Email

If you ask for the free guide, you are asking to be emailed. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops all of them. Your address is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes are not retroactive to purchases already made.
